Sales and Account Management for Engineering software (Solidworks, SolidCAM)
Job Duties:
1. Prospecting new customers and attend to inbound enquiries from new customers.
2. Maintain an up-to-date Account Plan for each account.
3. Discover and scope value-creation (or sales) opportunities within the account
4. Expand scope of services to new departments or organizations in your assigned accounts.
5. Ensure CRM is up to date with Account information
6. Provide timely progress report to your direct superior through account plan reviews
7. Meet pipeline targets (size, speed and efficiency)
8. Be proficient in TAS or ABS sales process (training will be provided)
9. Manage & maximize digital engagement with major accounts with
assistance from Marketing team.
10. Ensure and achieve high customer satisfaction levels from your Major Accounts
Requirements:
1. Possess tertiary certification/qualification in Engineering, Business Management, Sales & Marketing
2. Have experience (5 years or more) in a sales management or sales related employment
3. Possess Mechanical CAD industry knowledge and sound IT background (preferable)
4. Be proficient in using Microsoft Office suite of tools
5. Have high proficiency in language \xe2\x80\x93 particularly English Job Duties:
