Currently, they are looking for an Account Manager to support their APAC clients in Singapore.
This role will be acting like a ‘hub’ for communication, driving product adoption and ROI for the existing clients. Some of the other key responsibilities would be to guide the customer on the product roadmap, take product feature requests to build better product adoption, monitoring the competition and marketplace information.
An ideal candidate would be:
1- Great at conversing in Mandarin (to converse with Mandarin speaking clients)
2- Has fabulous relationship building skills
3- Deeply curious about client needs
