Your role

Primary Job Function : You would be expected to lead the assigned clients & business development projects with both commercial (Business Upsell & Development, Resources & Hours Allocation, Profitability, etc) and technical aspects (Project/Campaign Management, SLA, WOW, etc). Taking initiative in coordinating a diverse cross-functional within Lion & Lion teams and multiple stakeholders (creatives & social, media management, production, project management, finance teams, etc) across the regions - mainly Singapore, Malaysia & Indonesia

The principal scope as Sr. Client Manager will focus on a split of account management & business development which will cover a wide range of digital marketing \xe2\x80\x93 strategic planning, digital management & activation, consumer experience, data analysis, and content delivery. The minimum expectation is that you need to have a rounded baseline & core thoughts in leading & putting together all of these aspects to drive a solutive process for both the agency & clients, whichever is applicable.

  • Deep dive into clients\xe2\x80\x99 brands & business and bring together the value and capabilities of Lion & Lion\xe2\x80\x99s integrated services to solve client\xe2\x80\x99s problems.
  • Become the go-to person for the clients to build client\xe2\x80\x99s trusts and satisfaction of which opens up organic growth opportunities for Lion & Lion.
  • Involve in account profitability to ensure a reasonable hours allocation & profit is from all the scope of work signed & tasked.
  • Proactively analyze business upsell & cross sell opportunities and drive initiative projects with the internal team to contribute to the growth of business.
  • Facilitate and lead high quality output reflecting Lion & Lion\xe2\x80\x99s core values that delivers business success for clients and opens up doors for more opportunities.
Your profile
  • A solid understanding of all advertising & marketing landscape and capabilities, that includes strategy, creative, digital & data, and perform efficiently & effectively process & output.
  • Team relationship building be it with internal and external stakeholders, establish a strong integrity between the stakeholders and walk the talk with shared single visions.
  • Ability to think ahead from both commercial & technical aspects - problems analysis & problem solving.
  • Deal with direct counterparts such as with senior clients (decision maker & influencers) to set a strong foundation & mutual trusts for long term partnerships.
  • Min. 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as Client/Account Manager or min. 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in digital marketing or strategic marketing consulting.
  • Strong passion for and knowledge for digital marketing and business development.
  • Highly motivated, confident, adaptable with strong solution-driven skill.
  • Singapore citizenship or PR holders only.
