As an Account Manager (AM) in the Customers Service Dept, the latter handles various customers\' accounts assigned to him. He is to market our components repair capablities to the customers and get them to send in such components to our company for maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) works. He works with the internal stakeholders (like Ops, QA, Legal) to quote to the customers for such MRO works. He is the interface of the company to the customers, handling all the latter\'s queries and working closely with them for new jobs inputs, providing exsiting jobs status, hastening outstanding payments, submitting tenders and others. Thus, there may be opportunities for the AM to visit these overseas customers to build on the relationship.
