An Account Manager role will be a liaison between oncology customers and internal company teams, acting as a valuable partner for oncology customers and other stakeholders in key accounts to address their needs and pain points, delivering values to customers and the patients under their care. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Customer Engagement
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with all key customers, leveraging in-house resources whenever is required to add value to customers
  • Identify and understand each customer\xe2\x80\x99s motivation, unique business needs and objectives
  • Share products merits with HCPs tailoring their identified needs and provide basic product education to customers who are not familiar with company products
  • Understand the market dynamics and industry trends to provide advice to favorably position company\xe2\x80\x99s products
  • Ensure great experiences and add values to customers and their patients whenever customers engage with the company

Stakeholder Management
  • Identify shared purpose among different stakeholders and leverage this to co-create solutions with stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem
  • Create stakeholder mapping and identify key decision makers and their network of influence
  • Facilitate platform for different healthcare stakeholders to discuss optimum patient care & management
  • Communicate market and customer insights to cross-functional team to develop value-adding solutions for customers and patients
  • Plan, implement and coordinate internal efforts with cross-function teams (e.g. Marketing, Market Access) to deliver value for customer and other stakeholders

Account and Territory Management
  • Identify stakeholders and opportunities for the key accounts in territory and develop customer engagement plan for the account accordingly
  • Develop account plans with defining short and long-term strategy to support the growth of prioritized accounts
  • Identify prioritized key accounts, provide customized services to different customers in line with company service standard
  • Monitor performance metrics and is responsible for account performance and commercial proposals; ensures sales targets and goals are met or exceeded

Strategy Development Support
  • Contribute inputs and co-develops the therapy area strategies
  • Contribute to sales strategies and tactics development and deploy marketing activities, which are fully compliant with internal policy & compliance processes
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • University degree in Pharmacy or Science-related domain (biomedical, biology, life science, medical related etc)
  • 4 year of working experience in a MNC environment with minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in account management. Experience in Oncology is an added advantage
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills including partnering with key HCPs and organizations. Experience in project management is an added advantage
  • Broad understanding of patient journey(s) in defined disease area(s), enabling engagement at the specialist level
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in commercialization and customer experience. Good track record in sales, with a history of achieving results
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and able to influence other team members to provide best support to customers
  • Excellent communication skill and able to understand and leverage digital means and tools
  • Strong learning agility and resourceful
