A well-known information provider in the commodities space is currently hiring an Account Manager to join its expanding team. The firm has five main lines of information services products and portfolio and is looking to expand its footprint in key markets like Australia and Indonesia. This is a newly created role.

About the Account Manager Role:
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for renewals and upsells within top tier accounts. You will also manage relationships with senior decision makers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive organic growth of key accounts with a range of value - $20,000 to $200,000 per account
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
• Develop sales strategies to identify additional opportunities within APAC
• Drive customer value through a good understanding of internal structures and decision making processes
• Work with cross-functional teams in publishing, content and customer success to deliver value

The successful candidate has more than five years of SAAS sales experience or has experience selling subscription-based products.

Key Requirements:

• A degree in business
• At least five years of experience in a SAAS sales role or in a subscription-based selling environment
• Strong hunter mentality coupled with good relationship building skills
• Excellent negotiation skills and has good business acumen
