We are looking for a mid-weight Account Manager to join our Leo Burnett team! This role will get the opportunity to work with one of the world\'s favourite brands in Singapore.

Supporting strategic and creative development, the Account Manager provides flawless project planning and project management that allows the agency to plan resource and proactively provide the basis for delivering to clients on time and on budget, to the quality standards clients expect.

Scope

The Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a large account, or several smaller accounts, and the day-to-day contact for one or more clients, under guidance from more senior levels of the account team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute detailed, realistic and accurate schedules and timing plans.
  • Revise and reissue these plans as timings change
  • Ensure delivery of a creative solution which is relevant to the client\xe2\x80\x99s business/brand by working with Planning and Creative to gain a thorough understanding of the client\xe2\x80\x99s commercial macro/micro environment, competitor behaviour and positioning
  • Assist in defining return on client investment criteria for each campaign with Planner
  • Help fuel the creative process and manage the Creative team to ensure critical deadlines are met
  • Attend pre-test/market research group meetings with Planner and disseminate feedback to other members of the account team, if required
  • Attend pre-production meetings with agency departments and client
  • Communicate with TV producer \xe2\x80\x93 in writing - on plans, and changes/actions
  • Ensure Press production are updated with the latest media schedules so press deadlines are met
  • Check all copy for typos and accuracy of information used, including prices. Obtain client signatures on approved copy. Know copy dates and stick to timing plans
  • Ensure production is as cost effective as possible by continually looking for any efficiencies through the channels
  • Attend shoots with client; work with Account Director to galvanise a wide ranging group into producing outstanding work for the client, when required
  • Work collaboratively to resolve any hitches by finding win/win solutions
  • Coordinate the flawless implementation of projects - keep people informed of progress, anticipate issues and identify ways of staying on track - often across multiple channels
  • Plan for the future and identifies new ways of managing projects
  • Stays abreast of the latest trends, fashions and technical developments
  • Gathers information on industry or market trends and assists Planner/supervisor in creative brief development
  • Tracks and analyzes competitive information and handles client competitive requests
  • Market checks to better understand client\xe2\x80\x99s business and reports to agency team
  • Help build on the agency\'s reputation for outstanding client service
Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Min 5 years of account management experience within an advertising agency
  • Resourceful, executionally solid, able to run projects independently and great with timeline management
  • Has experience managing campaigns from brief to delivery and managing through the line FA and Digital/Social production, including experience managing still / film shoots
  • Has experience running social / onground activations a plus
  • Ha experience on QSR, F&B, or FMCG brands a plus
  • Is communicative person who is a team player with a can-do and teachable spirit
