With a clear understanding and background of the life science space in Singapore, the Account Manager will strive to achieve assigned targets, strengthen customer relations, drive growth and development within an existing customer base and expand market penetration and profitability. Join us in our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve or exceed sales target in assigned territory: BioPharma and BioTech - Key Accounts.\xc2\xb7 Applies CRM tool (SFDC) to drive funnel management and forecast accuracy.\xc2\xb7 Identify new business opportunities and strategies to expand market presence within the above-mentioned sectors.\xc2\xb7 Clear understanding of customer\'s research and requirements and work with Technical Sales Team on the value proposition for the identified products.\xc2\xb7 Leverage on available resources to effectively implement company\'s marketing plan, strategies, and sales processes.\xc2\xb7 Takes lead in developing account management strategies to drive growth in identified key accounts. To provide updates on status and action plans during bi-monthly team meeting.\xc2\xb7 To work closely with Technical Support Team to develop Go-To Market Strategy for Biotech Segment.\xc2\xb7 Regularly visit customers and ensure high level of support for their continued business\xc2\xb7 KOL (Key Opinion Leader) development and engagement - To drive strategic partnership\xc2\xb7 Proactive updates and feedback, including but not limited to - market outlook, competition landscape, new product launch etc.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal teams (E.g. Customer Service, Technical Support etc.) to provide timely response as to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with customer service team to ensure timely order fulfilment and resolve any issues relating to delivery or invoicing\xc2\xb7 To work closely with Technical Support Team on scheduling of product demo or trainings, technical product issues, respond to technical specification etc.\xc2\xb7 Be an advocate for Thermo Fisher Scientific and our 4Is. Take all opportunities for cross selling and business development opportunities with other divisions.Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in a scientific field, preferably in Biomedical Science, Biochemistry or related field with understanding of Life Science laboratory workflow.\xc2\xb7 Proven track record in account management, with 3+ years of experience within Life Science Industry, preferably in Research and/or BioTech sector.\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills\xc2\xb7 Highly motivated and ambitious individual who thrives in a driven environment\xc2\xb7 Organized, able to work independently and in teams within a highly matrix organization\xc2\xb7 Prior experience with SFDC CRM and A*STAR ePR/ITQ process will be a plus\xc2\xb7 Ability to strictly adhere to company policies and determine appropriate pricing strategies
