The Account Manager is the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of designated accounts within their assigned segment/territory. They are responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing account management strategies, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs.
1. Responsible to achieve sales and revenue targets across all business lines.
2. Acquire, develop and grow new accounts across all business lines.
3. Lead customer-centric, consultative selling efforts to uncover additional opportunities within key growth-oriented accounts
4. Work in collaboration with cross functional teams to develop and roll out sales growth initiatives
5. Build and refine sales and onboarding processes to ensure customer satisfaction
6. Manage and influence internal cross functional resources to deliver best-in-class customer experience
7. Other duties as assigned.
