The Opportunity
- This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the leading global banks.
- It is an opportunity for an Account Payable Executive to join their team
- Office Location: Pasir Panjang
- This will start off as a 12 months contract
- Clean up supplier database.
- Contacting Vendors to collect details such as Statement of Accounts and Account Details. to update excel spreadsheet and upload details to system.
- Open invoices (mailman) and sorting.
- Invoice Inputting
- Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager.
- Minimally 2 years of Account Payable experience
- High volume and eye for details required
- Basic Excel knowledge such as Pivot/Filter will be added advantage
