Job Description

- Position Title: Account Servicing Executive/ Client Servicing Executive
- Working Location: Central
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (9.30 am to 6.00 pm) #WorkFromHome
- Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + AWS + Transport allowance (claimable)
- Duration: Full Time/ Permanent
- Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
- Regularly interacting with clients through face-to-face meetings.
- Responding to and handling client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Acting as a bridge between clients and the company.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Minimum NITEC/ Diploma in any field of studies.
- At least 2 years of related working experience as a client servicing executive.
