Account Servicing Executive (Last Mile Delivery/ Logistics) - Asia growing startup in Logistics Technology & ecommerce marketplace

  • Work Location: CT Hub 2 (Lavender street)
  • Salary: up to S$4200 x 12 per annum + Variable performance bonus
  • Diploma or degree with 1 to 2 years of Key account servicing Or Clients servicing/ Customer management experience, preferably from logistics industry or Startup background

Shoppers can enjoy a wide range of lifestyle and F&B products delivered to their doors at their desired time slots.The PositionReporting to the Business Development Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join a rapid growing Asia technology platform startup with focus in last mile delivery / logistics & ecommerce.
  • Client management: attend to inbound inquiries, maintain relationship with existing clients (mainly key accounts) and ensuring that their needs are catered to.
  • Focus on customer success and be the point of contact for key partners. Eager to resolve clients' issues and lead continuous engagements with existing customers.
  • Develop processes and account management tools to stay in close communication with partners and incorporate feedback into process improvements.
  • Ensure all orders by key accounts are fulfilled safely and timely as per agreed SLA standards.
  • Generate reports for key accounts to summarise performance, payments, and other ad hoc matters when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities and upsell our services to current merchants to grow revenue contributions.
  • Be resourceful and take initiatives to achieve client satisfaction at all times.
The Candidate The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following:
  • Diploma or Degree holders with 1-2 years of Key account servicing / client servicing / Customer service experience, ideally from logistics industry OR from startup background
  • Good business acumen and common sense. Demonstrate persistency, sociable, diligent, detail-oriented & customer focused
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain good relationships with merchants
  • Having a keen eye for details and desire to probe further into data
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a quickly evolving and dynamic work environment
  • Analytical thinking and data driven decision making process
  • Having good personality & positive working attitude.
  • A good team player who can work well with people
  • Having the passion and enjoy working in a growing startup and be part of our developing journey
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office, candidate with SQL experience is an added advantage
