What You\'ll Do:
Effectively manage relationships with top advertisers and agencies.
Drive regular client meetings in the advertiser\xe2\x80\x99s organization.
Ownership of the contact, event and deal information for all client data in the CRM tool.
Aggressively grow revenue and track retention of clients and/or agencies.
Optimize accounts toward improved account performance for the customer.
Sales support and activity reporting
Maintenance of data integrity with in house sales tools
Proactively identify and suggest new processes toward enhancing Criteo\xe2\x80\x99s service.
Encourage feedback from customers to further strengthen Criteo\xe2\x80\x99s products and services.
Who You Are:
Four year BA/BS university degree.
At least 3 years proven experience in direct client relationships in online performance media
(affiliate, emailing, search etc.)
Demonstrated track record of success in offering outstanding customer service and innovation
leading to revenue growth and customer retention.
Ability to asses and resolve advertiser/agency issues encountered in the role and up-sell new
products.
Strong analytical and Excel skills. Must be proficient in formulas, vlookups and modeling.
Experience in using Salesforce and JIRA
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Technical knowledge of site tagging, ad serving and ad ops would be an advantage.
Fluency in English (minimum TOEIC 800+) required. Fluency in an additional APAC langauge
would be an advantage.
