Homeone is a compliance-driven engineering group operating across plumbing, gas, air-conditioning, and electrical trades. We are known for our accuracy, documentation quality, and adherence to PUB, EMA, and BCA regulations.


We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented

Accountant / Finance Executive

to manage our accounting and statutory filings.

Responsibilities

Manage

full-set accounts

for multiple entities under the group Prepare

monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow reports

Handle

GST, CPF, IRAS filings, and annual corporate tax submissions

Supervise bookkeeping accuracy, journals, and reconciliations Liaise with auditors and management for reviews and compliance Support payroll computation and maintain confidential employee records Coordinate with management to improve accounting processes gradually

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent

Minimum 10 years' experience

in full-set accounts (preferably in SMEs) Strong working knowledge of Singapore accounting and tax standards Meticulous, reliable, and comfortable working independently Proficient in Excel;

training will be provided for digital tools

(Google Workspace, Airtable, automation systems) Strong sense of responsibility and pride in maintaining accurate records

Salary Range

SGD

6,000 - 8,500 per month
