Job PurposeResponsibilities\xc2\xb7 Analyse monthly financial results and business drivers and provide supporting commentary on the variances between actual and budget/forecast\xc2\xb7 Manage and prepare the annual budgeting process and analyse economic indicators and market trends to prepare forecast.\xc2\xb7 Partner the business units to formulate key strategies and recommendations to drive growth and profitability\xc2\xb7 Provide market and business insights and support business on financial modelling for business proposal or decision making\xc2\xb7 Assist in implementing governance and internal controls initiatives, including strengthening current internal controls and improve the Finance department\'s processes and systems\xc2\xb7 Perform the CAPEX and Profitability evaluation on projects, ensuring cost efficiency and value creation are top priorities.\xc2\xb7 Assist in providing guidance on intercompany charges as well as transfer pricing policies\xc2\xb7 Prepare and create monthly and quarterly forecast reports for both internal management and Group reporting purposes.\xc2\xb7 Actively involve in the FP&A team\'s efforts in fostering business partnerships and managing enterprise risk.\xc2\xb7 Coordinating the review of legal documents with business units and the Group Legal department.\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax requirements,\xc2\xb7 Create, test and review functional requirements and refine financial operating systems, where necessary\xc2\xb7 Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and financial institutions to support SP Group\'s financial objectives.\xc2\xb7 Actively participate in the Kaizen initiatives for FP&A TeamAny other ad hoc duties as assignedQualifications & Work ExperienceCandidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Accountancy with at least 3 years relevant working experience in keeping full set of accounts or relevant working experience. The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to work under pressure. Having a good positive attitude and the ability to cope with tight deadlines, you should be hands-on, meticulous, analytical and independent. Finally, you should possess excellent interpersonal, communication and management skills and have a strong sense of business acumen.
