The Opportunity
- Working with well-established healthcare company
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Location: East
- Minimum Diploma in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years\' experience in handling full set of accounts
- Analytical and meticulous with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Ensure timely inputs of receipts received via electronic banking
- Monitor outstanding debts and follow-up on overdue payment
- Prepare AR Bank reconciliation on a timely basis
- Handle inquiries on caregivers\' payment and billing matters
- Manage petty cash and claims
- Ensure rechargeable items are accounted accurately on a timely basis
- Generate Invoices, debit notes and credit notes forward it to relevant parties
- Prepare final settlement to close the discharge and RIP resident account in accounting book
- Prepare quarterly Medifund & FAS report
- Update the balance sheet schedules and follow up on any discrepancies
- Update charity funds into the excel spreadsheet monthly.
- Prepare working file and update the bill workload and revenue template monthly.
- Updates on utilization of restricted donation for review
- Witness on-site fixed assets transfers /disposals /scraps /acquisitions
- Safekeep residents valuable and keep proper record in excel spreadsheet.
- Support annual audit
- Any other ad-hoc assignments or projects
