Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform basic book-keeping
- Maintain accurate data on the accounting software and produce the financial report
- Updating and maintaining fixed asset registers
- Conduct AR/AP process according to company’s process and updating of ledgers and budget, projection, and forms
- Process reimbursement within the organization
- Assistance with preparation of documentation for audit purpose and taxation filing purpose
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, compliance with group reporting principles as well as legal and regulatory requirement
- Liaise with external party to manage corporate secretarial and tax matters
- Support necessary finance requirement for oversea expansion
- Support and undertake ad-hoc assignment and projects as assigned
- Degree in Accounting or Professional Accounting Qualification
- At least 3-5 years' experience in commercial accounting, familiar with Excel, QBO
- Mandarin Chinese knowledge is an advantage, for communicating with various stakeholders across the company
- Well organized, careful and patient, put enough attention on details
- Meticulous and with eyes for details
- Strong financial analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as a team in a fast paced environment
