Job Description
Position title : Accountant/Accounting Manager
Working days : 5 days [ Mon - Fri ]
Working hours : 8:30am - 6pm
Salary : SGD $4,000 - $6,000
Financial Reporting & General and Cost Accounting
- Managing full sets of Financial Statements (BS, P&L and Cash Flows), both individual and consolidated entity.
- Monthly Financial Reporting and budget/forecast processes and analysis.
- Supervising month end closing of general ledger and its subledgers, i.e: AR, AP, Fixed Assets Register, Bank Reconciliation, Inventory and other relevant account and its reconciliation.
- Responsible for factory and/or cost accounting functions and variance analysis
- Handle and liaise with internal and external auditors.
- Work with tax consultant in annual corporate tax computation and ECI, and handle tax query from IRAS
- Filing and liaising with other statutory requirements, such as: Department of Statistics, ACRA, etc
- Review monthly GST and withholding tax submissions.
- Supporting corporate secretarial matters.
