Roles & Responsibilities
- In charge of the accounts and human resources department of the company .
- Able to handle full set of accounts.
- Laise with the relevant accounts related matter, handle audit and tax matter.
- Preparation of GST submission to IRAS
- Handle monthly closing and responsible for day-to-day accounting transactions
- Ensure that employee's monthly payroll cycles, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A annual Income Tax Assessment are duly executed.
- Time keeping, attendance management and complete payroll processing
- Manages and drive the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment , interviewing and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial , exempt, and professional roles
- Minimum Bachelor in Accounting & Finance/ Business Administrative or equivalent accounting professional qualification.
- At least 3 years working experience in accounts and hr role
- Good knowledge and hands on experience on general accounting system is preferred
