2. Manage in-coming, out-going mails, enquiries
3. Assist in invoicing, donations receipt and appreciation letter preparation
4. Assist in account receivable, ensure fees receivable on time
5. Provide logistical and administrative support to office staff and operations
6. Assist in the procurement of services and items, including sourcing of quotations, negotiation and vetting of vendors and contractors
7. Keeping track of office supplies, and tidying when necessary
