Job Description


We are looking for an organized, efficient Accounting and Administrative assistant with an eye for detail and high level of accuracy.

: The Accounting and Administrative assistant will performs a variety of general accounting and admin support tasks in an accounting firm including:

  • Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
  • Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., sales, disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts receivables/payable). Enters data into computer system using defined computer programs (Xero/ Quickbook Onlne)
  • Reconciles records
  • Administrative taskes
Requirements
  • Minimum LCCI Higher or Diploma in Accounting, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good knowledge of Xero and/or Quickbooks Online accounting software an advantage
  • Willing to take up any other administrative or ad\xe2\x80\x90hoc duties as assigned by the company
  • Willing to travel to client\'s office
  • Ability to handle deadlines with commitment
  • Able to perform good quality work in a capable, efficient and appropriate manner
  • Responsible with good work attitude and integritys
