Handle and prepare full set of accounts (oversee GL, AP, AR)
Prepare Statutory Management accounts, Group reports and compliance requirements
Manage month-end/ year-end close process and ensure all journals, AP, AR and billing are posted accurately
Ensure inter-company transactions and balances are reconciled regularly and on monthly basis
Generate Monthly payment batches
Preparation and submission of GST and Corporate Income Tax Returns
Liaison with External accounting firm for specific consultations
Prepare the consolidation schedules and submit in group system
Review inter-co recharge and invoices, Obtain Signatory on inter-co invoices
Statutory Filling Supervision/Coordination:
Review both Finalized Annual Management Report & Estimated Chargeable Income Computation Working with Schedules
Approval of ECI file and ensure ECI acknowledgement are filed
Review and reconcile ECI & CIT Computation & the draft CIT Filing
Coordinate annual audit and liaise with corporate secretary
Manage Audit report Sign off with BOD for AGM
Oversee Annual ACRA filing prepared by External Service provider, manage signatory process with BOD
P2P Prepare PO requests, maintain PO number sequence and goods receipt supporting documentation * Manage Supplier creation requests including review of supporting documentation
Control Bank identification and incorporation documents from vendors
Maintain SOP, contracts for internal controls and governance
Communicate and liaise with third party vendors on P2P matters

OFFICE ADMIN COORDINATION
General Office Admin Support Purchase/maintain the supply of office stationaries and other relevant supplies
First point of contact for all employees and local authorities (Ministry of Manpower, IRAS, CPF, etc.) for any inquiries related to HR
Support recruitment, on-boarding & off-boarding administration, including maintenance of employee data into the HRIS system
Manage HR vendors, including but not limited to payroll, benefits, immigration
Support administration of payroll and benefits, including training, insurance enrollment
Other ad hoc HR-related responsibilities, in line with the evolving needs of the organization
Ensure awareness and compliance of the Employee Handbook
Facilitate employee wellness initiative
Global Travel/ASEAN Travel Manager
Ensure travel policy in line with travel plan (TRF)
Submit travel invoices to External accounting firm
Coordination of office events and employee-engagement activities
Assist in sending/receiving packages to/from office and courier services
Facilities Management Support
Contact point for facilities suppliers
Administer office access for employees, including building access card management
Vendor management
Fire warden responsibilities
IT Support
Local Contact for Global IT initiatives flow down
Update and maintain IT inventory records and IT Server
IT Support services coordination
Knowledge and expertise
8 to 10 years of experience in General Accounting, legal entity, office and personnel administration
Proactive attitude, energetic and able to multi-task with a good sense of urgency
