SUMMARY OF ROLE
To support day to day transaction Accounts Payable invoice processing and resolution of invoices on-hold and uninvoiced receipts for all SunPower entities. Will also provide reports for Accounts Payable weekly dashboard and metrics.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  Support invoice processing operations
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable Operations team for resolution of issues for invoices on hold and uninvoiced receipts.
• Assist in management of AP Helpdesk tickets.
• Responsible for the preparation of AP schedules to reconcile AP against the vendor’s Statement of Account.
• Ensures SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) compliance for Accounts Payable transactions.
• Performs other tasks that maybe assigned by her superior concerning AP and other reporting requirements

• Graduate of any four-year course, preferably Accounting
• CPA or any similar certification a plus
• With at least 2 year of experience in Accounting
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Can work well in a multi-cultural environment and at different levels of the organization
• Aggressive/strong personality & highly analytical
• Fast learner, keen to details and well-organized
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint presentation
• Knowledge in Oracle application or any other similar system would be a plus factor
• Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley would be an advantage

• This is a project-based employment
• Candidate must be willing to work in Laguna Technopark, Binan Laguna
• Candidate must be legally entitled to work and reside in the Philippines
• Candidate must be willing to render overtime as business requires (weekends, US/PH holidays)
• Candidate must be flexible to work on a night shift schedule supporting North America region
• Candidate must be willing to adopt a flexible work arrangement
