Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts for the company.
Prepare financial data for entry into the financial system.
Prepare and assist in filing GST returns.
Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial reports.
Manage cash flow and financial planning.
Verify accuracy and validity of invoices before approval.
Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.
Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
Oversee and administer the financial aspects of operations.
Other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree qualification with (Accounting, Finance, or related fields)
Experience in handling full set of accounts.
Mature, responsible, and detail oriented.
Adaptable, independent and able to meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English
