Job Description

1. Analyses variance on monthly expense.
2. Posts journal entries and closing month-end, quarter-end and year-end.
3. Posts and filing BIR (Expanded, Compensation, VAT and ITR) Monthly, quarterly and year-end.
4. Coordinates with personnel in TCM department to research and resolve discrepancies.
5. Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, including cash, accrued interest and prepaid expenses.
6. Consolidates inter-company transactions and reconciliations. 7. Analyzes Balance Sheet and P&L accounts fluctuation.
8. Ensures accuracy of financial statements and compliance to internal policies.
9. Provides audit schedules and requested information for internal compliance and external audits within area of responsibility.
10.Coordinates the direction of associates and organization of operational activities.
11. Identifies and implements opportunities for process improvements resulting in efficiency.
12 Provides recommendations on how to mitigate risks involved in operations and financial aspects of the organization.
13. Manage month and year-end close process and prepare timely financial statements.
14. Prepares Annual Financial Statements for governmental compliances.
15.Support preparation of yearly budgets and quarterly review.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php15,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per monthBenefits:
