To accelerate the transformation path, the Financial Center of Excellence in Singapore is looking for Junior Accounting Specialists.
Function: Specialised Finance
Process: Retail / supply accounting processes
Scope: Regional
Responsibilities
I communicate with my various parties:

• I communicate the progress of the closing through the closing planning
• I maintain regular communication with the Accounting Specialist - I report any difficulties encountered

I take responsibility for my rise in competence:

• I respect the training plan defined with my leader
• I follow the training offered by the Process Referent and the Accounting Specialist

I am responsible for the proper performance of the daily tasks of our partners:

• I am responsible for the execution of daily regional tasks (closing and non-closing) related to my processes
• I respect deadlines and group standards
• I respect the recommendations of the referent process / country relay and of my leader
• I guarantee the satisfaction of the countries with which I work and guarantee high quality customer service
• I work on accounting quality and put action plans in place

Performance Indicators
Closing & daily tasks:

• I update the closing list within a maximum of 2 hours
• I carry out 100% of regional closing tasks while respecting group deadlines and standards
• I carry out and guarantee the reliability of 100% of daily regional tasks while respecting deadlines and standards
• I have no alert on the process(es) for which I am responsible
• I guarantee the accounting quality of the tasks for which I am responsible

Communications:

• I communicate my difficulties
• I have no responses pending for more than 24 hours

Customer satisfaction:

• I ensure the satisfaction of the various parties by guaranteeing an action plan
• I debrief the results with the Accounting specialists

Requirements:

• Passionate about sports and active;
• Education in Finance, Accounting or similar (Fresh graduates are welcomed; maximum of 2 years working experience);
• Good knowledge of Accounting;
• Team Player

• Sense of organization, attention to detail and ability to deliver according to the standards;
• Good communication skills
• Project Management and Lean Management knowledge are valued;
