The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper and Accounting Specialist to be assigned to an Australian group of companies in the health care industry.The salary offer is up to PHP100,000 depending on background and experience. Ability to report weekly, Monthly Quarterly and EOFY
P&L review
Balance Sheet Reviews
Accounts payable end to end
Bank reconciliation
Journal entries
BAS and PAYG processing
Requirements
7(+) years demonstrated experience in accounting, bookkeeping and other highly detailed finance/accounting role;
The position will be responsible for end of month reporting, journals, review of our clients Profit and loss statements, balance sheets, Accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.
Demonstrated ability working in a deadline orientated environment;
Familiarity to time reporting tools and payroll cloud application;
Excellent spoken and written English and a confident speaker;
XERO experience highly preferred;
Australian work experience highly preferred especially with BAS lodgement and payroll taxes and long service leave reporting;
Advanced level in MsExcel; ability to report in excel understanding excel calculations.
Strong detail and analytical skills, combined with the demonstrated ability to adhere to strict deadlines;
An adaptive team player with an ability to interact with all employees respectfully, ensuring courtesy, patience and understanding, combined with a flexible and open approach to addressing questions and providing practical solutions to payroll problems.
