Basic book-keeping and preparation of financial reports.
Provide sales & admin support to the sales team.
Coordinate and liaise with freight forwarders on shipment.
Work closely with customers & vendors to resolve and achieve customer & vendors satisfaction
Willing to travel to our overseas subsidiary.
Must work as a team and be willing to multitask.
Qualifications / Requirement
Diploma in Accounting. Preferably with experience in Accounts and Office Admin. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably with MYOB accounting software knowledge.
Ability to read & write Thai language to communicate with our Thailand subsidiary will be an advantage.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferably staying in the East area as office is located at Loyang.
