Monitor Payment Schedules Prepare Monthly SOA (Statement of Accounts) to Client Tracking of Monthly GIRO Payments Prepare Monthly Bank Reconcillations as well as to support Quarterly GST Submission Payroll (To Manage Infotech Cloud HRMS System) Issuing of Invoices based on Quotaton Reference given by Project Managers


HR & Adminstrative Support



Track and manage staff attendance / leave / Medical Leave / OTs Procurement of Materials as per instructed by Project Managers Manage "Infotech Cloud HRMS System"


Requirements



At least 2 Years of Experience in related position Minimum Diploma / Higher Nitec Graduate Familiar with "Infotech Cloud HRMS System" * Able to work independently
