Job Description


Job title: Admin Assistant | Accounts Support | Part-time


:
  • Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) functions such as invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Keep proper records and filing for bookkeeping purposes.
  • Participate in accounting-related activities like stock-take, audit, project work, etc.
  • Check and arrange for staff reimbursement payments on a monthly basis, adhering to the stipulated timeline.
  • Ensure compliance with controls and operating procedures.
Job Requirements:

  • Fresh/Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Training will be provided to all successful candidates.
  • Proficient in MS Office software.
  • Familiarity with XERO software would be beneficial.
  • Must be meticulous, organized and able to work well in a team.

Contract Duration: long-term part-time (9am \xe2\x80\x93 1pm) Benefits: Annual leave, Medical Leave, Variable Bonus, Pay review Location: West \xe2\x80\x93 Pasir Panjang
