1. Generate and process invoices, credit notes, statement of accounts etc for customers 2. Follow up on payments 3. Attend to customer queries on billing matters 4. Processing and sorting of work orders and the supporting documents 5. Filing, photocopying, scanning 6. Any other ad hoc tasks assigned
