Job Description


We are seeking a high-energy, self-starting individual to join our team as an Accounts / Administrative Assistant

What You Will Do:

Accounts/bookkeeping

  • provide weekly reports of incoming funds and collections
  • monitor vendor billing, invoicing and all expense claims within budget
  • knowledge using XERO accounting system a plus
  • support in consolidation of claim documents and validate the
accuracy of incoming claims
  • Responsible for processing the receipts, issuing monthly invoices,
matching of receipts to invoices and assisting with various billing enquiries.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Database Management - To enter data from various source documents/emails into the computer system (CRM) for storage, processing and data management purposes.
  • verify, update and delete data where necessary
  • prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry
  • check sources obtain for further information for accuracy
  • enter data from source documents into prescribed computer
database, files and forms
  • check completed work for accuracy
  • printing and extraction of information when required
  • comply with data integrity and security policies
  • provide any other administrative support as tasked

Who You Are:
  • High school diploma
  • formal computer training an advantage
  • proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
  • accurate keyboard skills and ability to enter data at the required
speed
  • knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures

Start Date: Immediate – F/T or P/T Salary and Benefits: Base of $2,500 - $3,000 Flexible Work Environment Only Singaporeans & PRs need apply. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
