: To support the Accounts Manager in the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger functions; Closing of AR & AP upon checking & finalising the entries monthly; Update SOA listing for clients; Prepare payment vouchers; Bank Reconciliations; To assist in General Ledger entries; Billing & Data entry for Related companies transaction; Prepare reports ready for Quarterly GST submission; Able to handle full-set of Accounts will be advantageous; Any other ad-hoc tasks related to accounts and administration given by Management from time to time.
Job Requirements: Diploma or LCCI Higher in Accounting Proficient in Microsoft Office/WPS (Excel, Word) With minimum 1 year experience Entry levels or no experience are encouraged to apply Fluent in english & mandarin (both spoken & written) is an advantage.
