Taking photos for orders to email/ WhatsApp client
Assist in company's events / activities
Work pass/ delivery passes applications and cancellations, purchase of medical insurance
Filing and keeping contracts of employees
Employee attendance and leave administration
Assist with petty cash processing
Handles marketing related administrative work.
Able to work as a TEAM.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive working attitude and ability to work independently.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
"O" Level or "N" Level with good customer support experience.
Team player
Hands on experience in using Xero/ MS Office with clerical experience.
Pleasant with Customer Oriented mindset
