Job Summary
We are seeking a Finance & HR Admin Executive who will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions and supporting HR administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Finance
Handling accounting activities: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, reporting, month-end and year-end closing.
Maintain and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy of all financial data.
Assist to prepare GST and tax reporting.
To liaise with external stakeholders e.g. banks, auditors, tax agent, corporate secretary and external vendors/contractors.
Support in audit preparation and other accounting/financial tasks as required.
HR / Admin
Support HR operations.
Maintain HR records and company documentations.
Provide general office administrative/HR support as required.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent accounting certification.
Preferably with 2-3 years of Accounting and Admin/HR experience.
Knowledge of Xero is compulsory.
A self-starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
Able to keep a full set of account.
Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
