• Ensure all vendor invoices with appropriate supporting documents are updated in the ERP system on a timely basis
• Liaise with vendors for SOA and reconciliation of vendors\' statements
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and timely processing of the payment cycle
• Proper upkeep of all documents

Accounts Receivables:

• Prompt uploading of e-invoices in customers\' portal
• Emailing of e-invoices to customers

Petty Cash:

• Handling of petty cash and reimbursements

Administrative:

• Ordering of pantry supplies
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Stockcounts and Stock audits:

• Assist with internal stockcount on periodic basis

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy; \'A\' levels; LCCI
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
