Location: West
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8.30am 6pm

Company Transport: Jurong east & Lakeside MRT Station

Job Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

\xc2\xb7 Prepare and update Accounts Receivable collection from cash, cheques, telegraphic transfer and giro on a timely manner.

\xc2\xb7 Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any discrepancies on billing.

\xc2\xb7 Handling of progressive claims and tax invoices to customers

\xc2\xb7 Timely monitor debts collection as per credit terms given.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare monthly Accounts Receivable related journal for closing.

. Maintain complete sales record and proper filling.

\xc2\xb7 Prepares Accounts Receivable aging report monthly, audit schedules related to Accounts Receivable and sends customer statement of accounts.

\xc2\xb7 Month end closing and year end audit

\xc2\xb7 Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess Minimum A Level / Diploma in accounting

\xc2\xb7 At least 1 - 2 Year(s) of working experience in Accounting/Finance in Construction Industry.

\xc2\xb7 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Office applications.

\xc2\xb7 Possess good attention to detail, Meticulous in numbers.

\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently.
