The incumbent is tasked to provide administrative support to the Accounts (Manager) in the day-to-day accounting functions of the company.Responsibilities:

• Attend to and liaise with customers in relation to billing enquiries
• Invoice processing and provision of supporting documents to customers
• Computation of sales commission payable to salesperson on a monthly basis
• Assist in credit control and debt collection
• Other ad-hoc accounting functions assigned

Requirement:

• Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business / Accountancy
• At least 2 years of relevant hands-on experience
