Accounts Assistant/ Executive [ Full Set ]

Job Description
Working Day: 5 days
Working Hours: Mon to Thu = 8:30 to 6pm | Friday = 8:30 to 5pm
Working Location: Pioneer Sector [Pick up 8:15 at Pioneer MRT Station]
Responsibilities:
- Processing of AP invoices
- Handling accounts payable function including checking and preparing cheque, bank transfer and trade finance application
- Responsible for daily accounts payable duties
- Perform staff claim calculation
- Preparing AP related schedules of accounts
- Preparing bank reconciliation
- Assisting in month end GST reporting
- Processing of Sales invoices
- Prepare monthly management report, reconciliation, fluctuation analysis
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Experience in handling full set of accounts [Hong Kong]
- Degree in Accountancy/ACCA/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Experience in EASPAC will be an advantage
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
- Able to work on tight reporting deadlines
- Able to start work immediately
