Accounts cum Admin / Sales & Customer Support / Account Payable & Receivable / Boon Lay Location: Jln Buroh [ Company transport - pick up from Jurong East interchange at 6.45am to the Company ] Wor Accounts cum Admin / Sales & Customer Support / Account Payable & Receivable / Boon Lay Location: Jln Buroh [ Company transport - pick up from Jurong East interchange at 6.45am to the Company ] Working Days: 5.25 (Alt Sat) work week Working hours : Mon to Fri: 7.30 am to 4.30pm, Alt Sats: 7.30am to 12.45pm Salary : $1800/mth (basic $1500 + fixed allowances $300) + Attendance Allowance of $120/mth. Requirement Responsible, excellent organization, problem solving and communications skills Resourceful, self-motivated and meticulous Proactive, able to work independently Responsibilities To perform daily dealers sales invoices/cylinder statement To issue PR/PO to Finance & Supplier To perform daily/monthly on account receivable/payable and daily bank in slip Perform Tanker/Attendant wages tabulation Perform Account Payable function such as preparation of payment, reconciliation of suppliers' accounts etc Assist to prepare monthly and year end management reports Manage month end close process and ensure all journals, AR and AP posted Performing office duties that include ordering/receiving from supplies Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software Filling and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports Assist daily Accounting operations General Administrative/ad hoc assignment Petty cash issuing
