Accounts Executive (1 Year Contract / Town)

Job Description

Location: Somerset
Salary Range: $3,000.00 to $4,500.00
This is a 12 Months Contract role.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Handle full sets of accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports within the stipulated timeline.
- Ensure timely, complete and accurate recording of accounting entries.
- Work closely with business units for smooth daily accounting operations.
- Prepare cashflow statements and monthly bank reconciliation.
- Perform proper Intercompany transactions and reconciliation.
- Prepare the quarterly GST tax filing and XBRL submissions.
- Prepare required schedules/reports for yearly audit and tax purpose.
- Assist in annual budget and projections exercise.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents or authorities as required.
- Assist in any ad-hoc assignment and reporting, if required.
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of accounting system such as Cognos, Netsuite, Sunsystem
- Meticulous, detail-oriented with positive working attitude
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Good time management and interpersonal / communication skills
- Experience in property, construction or REITs will be advantageous
- Position offered will be based on experience.
