- Work location: Far west (Company transport available at Boon Lay, Jurong East and Outram MRT station)
- Work hours: office hours

Job scope:
- Ensure orders are processed and shipped to customers on time
- Liaise with 3PL to ensure timely picking/packing/labeling and delivery of orders
- Ensure optimum product availability in warehouse prior to order fulfillment
- Issue invoices & other shipping documents to customers
- Assist team leader and management with any special projects assigned and provide backup to the team when necessary
- Diploma holder in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent
- 4 years customer service experience, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Strong English written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in SAP/Excel (Pivot Table and VLOOKUP) is a plus
