Job Description

• Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting activities. This includes books keeping, full set of accounts and reporting.
• Perform all accounting functions in accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Assist in liaising with internal/external parties such as auditors, tax agent and banker
• Assist with submission and preparation of year end audit reports
• Handle GST review
• Prepare GST reconciliation and submission of GST return quarterly
• Data entry into accounting system
• Check Incoming Funds through Internet Banking
• Review and verify invoices and cheque requests, prepare receiving & payment vouchers
• Organizes and maintains up to date financial records / cash flow
• Perform account reconciliations
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
• Month-end closing reports
• To undertake any other task assigned by superior from time to time

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy / Business / any other equivalent
• Min 3 Years of working experience in the handling full set of accounts
• Knowledge of financial reporting
• Consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance
• Good time management, communication skills and team work
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently
• Attention to detail, accuracy, planning, organizing, scheduling and monitoring
• A strong initiative, problem analysis and problem-solving skills
• Able to speak and liaise with counterpart in Taiwan and Suzhou for accounts matters
