Job Description

Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting activities. This includes books keeping, full set of accounts and reporting. Perform all accounting functions in accounts receivable and accounts payable Assist in liaising with internal/external parties such as auditors, tax agent and banker Assist with submission and preparation of year end audit reports Handle GST review Prepare GST reconciliation and submission of GST return quarterly Data entry into accounting system Check Incoming Funds through Internet Banking Review and verify invoices and cheque requests, prepare receiving & payment vouchers Organizes and maintains up to date financial records / cash flow Perform account reconciliations Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities Month-end closing reports To undertake any other task assigned by superior from time to timeRequirements: Diploma / Degree in Accountancy / Business / any other equivalent Min 3 Years of working experience in the handling full set of accounts Knowledge of financial reporting Consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance Good time management, communication skills and team work Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently Attention to detail, accuracy, planning, organizing, scheduling and monitoring A strong initiative, problem analysis and problem-solving skills Able to speak and liaise with counterpart in Taiwan and Suzhou for accounts matters
