Responsibilities

• Weekly posting of entries into the MYOB system (accounting system)
• Ensure accuracy and submission of monthly cost reports to Japan HQ
• Prepare supporting documents for quarterly GST reporting and cost split
• Prepare supporting document for year-end audit
• Maintain proper and up-to-date information and filing of internal documents
• Verify staff claims (b-trip, entertainment, conference, etc.)
• Process payment requests for disbursement

Requirements

• Min to have a diploma in Accounting
• No experience required.
• Candidate with 3 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage
