Job Description

• Position : Accounts Executive (AR Only / MNC / North Area) - Up to $3700
• Location : North - Senoko (Walking distance from Bus Stop)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3700 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : F&B Industry

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of Goods Return Note & all transactions are well documented.
• Coordinate local cheque bank-in and daily update of incoming funds to the NAV system.
• Monitor and follow-up with customers on overdue account and arrange for debts collection.
• Responsible on monitoring monthly /weekly Debtors aging.
• Reconcile Customer Collection with Bank Ledger.
• Mailing of Statement of Accounts to customers and respond to their inquiries.
• Prepare Accounts Receivable monthly cash flow forecast, Journal enteries & monthly/year-end Balance sheet schedules.
• Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma in Accounting with at least 2-3 years experience in accounting & finance.
• Work independently with minimal guidance required
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office applications
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese Stakeholders
