Industry: German MNC Automotive Location: Jurong East (Hybrid WFH available) Salary Range: Up to $5,500.00 This is a Contract role. Period: 1 Mar - 31 Jul 2023 (6 Months) To cover maternity leaves :
- Responsible for Accounts payables and G&A accounting
1. General Ledger Functions & Closing Procedures
- Responsible for processing of accounting source documents, maintaining of accounting systems and records and producing reports from the accounting system.
- Responsible for correct entries into SAP.
- Support review of the performance of accounting procedure to ascertain and verify accounting balances and records.
- Preparation of schedules to support financial statements.
- Monitor balances to ensure integrity and quality of the accounting information.
- Handles compliance to company and statutory requirements.
- Responsible for the interfaces with Shared Services in handling Accounts payable eg vendor invoices, AP workflow, approval table, payment process, master data management, in an accurate and timely manner.
- Responsible for staff claims processing, in accordance to the company policies.
- Handles initiatives to improve and streamline processes with Shared Services, IT department etc.
- Responsible for maintenance for SAP Master Data, including creation, deletion and amendments.
- Handles audit engagement, legal entity reporting and related topics.
