Job Description
Accounts Receivable Executive
- 5 days, 9am-6pm
- Salary: $3000 -$3300
- Address: Orchard Boulevard
- Preparation, issuance of invoices, credit notes, and refunds
- Monitor and ensure Accounts Receivable ageing report of assigned accounts
- Checking on payment submission or status
- Follow up with the collection for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Investigate and resolve customers\' inquiries, including resolving collection and payment discrepancies
- Undertake accounts reconciliation of receipts
- Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity
- Timely month-end closing for accounts receivable function
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy
- With at least 2 years of AR experience
