Job Description

- 6months contract
About Our Client
Our client is a leading real estate investment, capital and property management company headquartered in Singapore.- Responsible for the full spectrum of finance functions
- Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly management reports
- Support all General Ledger closing matters
- Review Revenue\'s variance analysis, review audit schedules pertaining to AR accounts, review bank recon
- Liaison with other business teams on finance operations matters and auditors and tax consultants on audit and taxation matters
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or ACCA
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Proficient in MS Excel
