6months contract About Our Client
Our client is a leading real estate investment, capital and property management company headquartered in Singapore.
Responsible for the full spectrum of finance functions
Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly management reports
Support all General Ledger closing matters
Review Revenue\'s variance analysis, review audit schedules pertaining to AR accounts, review bank recon
Liaison with other business teams on finance operations matters and auditors and tax consultants on audit and taxation matters
The Successful Applicant
Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or ACCA
At least 2 years of working experience
Proficient in MS Excel
